Industry Experience: - Strong oil &#38; gas experience upstream, downstream, product storage &#38; movement, utilities &#38; offsite. - Must have experience of process plant civil &#38; structural engineering covering buildings (substations, control buildings, warehousing etc), equipment structures, equipment foundations, pipe racks, ground improvement (grading, geotechnical &#38; topographical), roads etc for O&#38;G. General Experience: - 15 years core engineering experience in a multidiscipline environment. Must have worked as C&#38;S engineer / lead engineer and have MUST HAVE managed a C&#38;S department for an Engineering organization. - EPC experience is essential. Excellent leadership, ownership, communication and presentation skills. Experience of managing an eastern work team is essential. - Core qualification in civil &#38; structural engineering. - Overseas experience essential, Middle East preferred. Responsibility: - Functionally under engineering operations role. - Sole responsibility for the management of the Civil &#38; Structural engineering department, management &#38; co-ordination of all C&#38;S engineering work and department personnel. - Ensure efficient C&#38;S engineering support to all projects. CHEMICAL and COATING ENGINEER (CCE) Responsibility: 1. Support the implementation of pipeline integrity management system (PIMS), risk based inspection (RBI), corrosion management system (CMS) program, design phase of the new project or development. 2.
